Chop enough cranberries to make 2 cups
enough walnuts to make 1/2 cup
place all on the bottom of a 10" pie plate
add 1/3 cup of sugar (1/4 if you like it sweet)
mix 2 eggs, 3/4 cup melted butter,1 cup sugar, 1 cup flour, 1 t almond extract
stir till smooth
pour over mixture and bake for 40 minutes at 200 degrees celsius you can substitute with plums, peaches, pecans and chocolate chips serve warm with cream and/or ice cream.
